The ever watchful instructor Mr Smith is looking at each pilot's performance in even greater detail with the arrival of FSFlyingSchool PRO 2015. Once again, we have made several incremental improvements to FSFlyingSchool, including new areas requiring the pilot's attention. This is from our latest email - sorry about the formatting of the text in this forum posted version. Please let me know if you have any questions. Once a set of keys for FSFS PRO 2015 for P3Dv2 are entered into the installed FSFS PRO 2015 for P3Dv2 program, it will no longer be in demo mode. The upgrade policy to the new product is the same deal we've always offered - it is 50% off the new purchase price, so right now it is $19.95 (U.S.).įSFS PRO 2015 for P3Dv2 (which is FSFS v 4.0.0 for P3Dv2) has its own keys which can be purchased as an upgrade to this new product. The upgrade method we recommend is to download the latest version and install it into the same folder as the existing version - that way the upgraded product will have all your settings and logs from the previous older product. I took pics of the screens as this was happening, being I tried at least three times tonight to upgrade this, with no luck. I can email you my p3d reg keys if you would like, and screenshots (in large easy-to-view format!) of what I seen, with my installation filepaths, etc. In short, after all of that, I was (and still am in) demo mode for FSFS P3D. When I entered the reg keys -from my 3.1 purchase- a pop up error box gave me a 'invalid registration key!' message.Īfter doing this, the v3.1/3.2 should have updated automatically to v4.0.0, correct? I didn't mess or look into my pc's registry, so I'm not sure what did or did not get deleted from there. So I moved them out of the FSFS p3d folder, onto a empty folder on the desktop, and then downloaded and ran the installer for 4.0.0. I uninstalled 3.1, but noticed that some files -like csv's, RegInfo.dat,settings.ini,f4 f5 csv's,etc., DID NOT get deleted/uninstalled from the FSFS p3d folder. I did see this as quoted above, I had all of them already for the previous p3d version regardless.īut: I tried to update my FSFS P3D 3.1 (or 3.2?.?) to 4.0.0. If you want to fly with a detail pack - all you need to do is get into a plane with a detail pack and turn on the features you want for that plane at the aircraft screen of FSFS PRO 2015. Good news - all the detail packs we've published are built into the product - there are no keys to enter.
